Reception in Downtown Vancouver

Hey guys
Anyone else having issues with reception in Downtown Vancouver?
I saw some issues with low to no reception around the SkyTrain station 🚉

Let us know if you guys saw something similar or your experience so far with Fizz in Van city

    I want to inform you that the area mentioned is well within our coverage area, so you shouldn't encounter issues normally.

    If it happens again, please restart your phone and check if you see any difference. Also, it might be a good idea to make sure that your phone selects the Fizz mobile network automatically. 

    The steps for enabling your phone to automatically select a network varies depending on the type of phone. Here are two examples:
    Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Automatic
    iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Network Selection → Automatic

    Furthermore, please make sure that your phone is updated to the latest version of iOS/Android.
